Peony the vintage caravan herself:
- The star of the show, our 1950's replica vintage Bondwood caravan 'Peony'
BYO Drinks Service: (Up to 100 guests)
- 3 x RSA qualified staff for the duration of your event
- Your choice of 4 x BYO signature cocktails from our drinks menu (or make up your own)
- All bar glasses (Champagne, White Wine, Red Wine + Cocktail glasses)
- 6 x Tin 20L ice buckets
- Ice and drink garnish (lemon, lime, strawberries)
- Cocktail garnishes for your 4 chosen signature drinks (think oranges, berries, mint)
- 1 x 7L cold water refreshment station and glasses
- 3 x 7L Glass drink dispensers (empty)
- Napkins and Straws

NOTE: Alcohol is BYO, meaning you supply your favourite beverages and we'll serve them to your guests - this ensures you can choose your preferred drinks and keep your event costs down with no alcohol mark ups. All drinks are served from the caravan bar itself which not only allows guests to mingle but to come up and experience the bar as a standout feature of your big celebration
Props & Styling:
- 2 x Trestle tables
- 1 x large CHEERS neon sign
- 3 x Bar stools for back servery
- 1 x chalkboard menu sign
- Cushions and throw rug on Peony’s inside lounge seat
Photography:
- Full use of Peony in all of your event photos - think selfies with your guests or use with your professional photographer
- We are more than happy for you and your guests to not take photos with Peony from outside but to come inside, pull up a seat on our comfy lounge and take some event snaps!
PLUS our free added extras:
- iPod/iPhone speakers for your custom music playlist (where power is available)
- All set up and pack up free of charge, you don't pay for any extra time and your bar service time starts from when the first drinks are poured
- You choose the look of our staff - relaxed and casual or black tie formal, we'll fit whatever look your trying to achieve for your event
- Set up and styling of Peony and her included props (plus anything else you have hired from our range)
Need tea and coffee? Add our tea and coffee service onto your package for only $150 for up to 100 guests. Includes eco disposable cups plus tea (including premium herbal), coffee, hot chocolate, chai, milk and sugar.
Want dessert? Check out our talented baking partners and their delicious sweet treats. We can coordinate anything from dessert cups, cake pops, slices, chocolate strawberries, cookies, cupcakes and mini meringues right through to completely customised wedding cakes for you.
