Can I choose the colours I want for my crown?
- Yes you can choose from pastels, brights or neutral - simply select your preference on the product page before proceeding to the checkout
When do I need to order by?
- As we are a small boutique studio we do require advance notice for any floral orders. We suggest you get in touch with our team 48hrs ahead of your preferred delivery time to check availability before placing your order. Need same day delivery? What days do we deliver?
- We deliver Monday to Thursday each week of the year except for public holidays. Need florals on a Friday or weekend? We do accept a limited number of fresh floral deliveries for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays by prior arrangement - get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can confirm availability for you
Where do you deliver to?
- We deliver all across the Hills District of Sydney including the suburbs around Castle Hill, Norwest, Baulkham Hills, Bella Vista, Glenwood, Glenhaven, Kellyville as well as around Blacktown, Parramatta, Hornsby and Penrith.
- Delivery to Sydney CBD or the Campbelltown areas are also possible by prior arrangement, please get in touch and we can coordinate a booking for you email@example.com
I need florals delivered outside of these areas?

How much is delivery?
- We offer free pick up from our Hills District studio (by prior arrangement only)
- Delivery within 30kms of Castle Hill is also FREE of charge
- For delivery more than 30kms from Castle Hill, please get in touch for a quote email@example.com
I'm unsure which delivery option to choose for my required location?
- No worries at all, get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be able to assist
What payment types do you accept?
- All of our flower order payments are processed by PayPal which accepts all major credit cards. Bank transfer can be arranged for pre ordered delivery, drop our team an email at email@example.com and we can coordinate a booking for you
When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
- Deliveries start after 12.30pm daily. All business addresses will be delivered before 5.30pm, all home addresses will be delivered by 7pm. Need delivery at another time, get in touch and we will do our best to assist.
What happens if no one is home when the delivery is made?
- We will do our best to leave your florals in a cool, shady place. If you have a particular spot you'd like our team to leave the florals if you aren't home simply put the details in the 'special comments' section when you check out
Will I be notified when my flower delivery has been made?
- We can arrange a text message to be sent to you letting you know your florals have been delivered if required, simply let us know in the 'special comments' section when you check out
Can I add a message on the card?
- Yes you certainly can! Feel free to leave the details in the 'special comments' section when you check out and we'll ensure your message reaches the recipient
Can I pre-order a flower delivery for an upcoming date?
You sure can, either get in touch with our team via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange an upcoming floral delivery for you or simply enter your preferred date in the 'special comments' section upon check out
