What’s Included?
Introducing "Meet me at the Bar," our signature bar service package, ideal for crafting an unforgettable party or celebration whether it’s in your backyard, a private residence, or the venue of your dreams. This comprehensive package showcases our 1950's replica Bondwood caravan, Peony, the centerpiece of your event, ensuring a unique and memorable atmosphere.
What's Included in the Meet me at the Bar Package:
Service of beer, wine, champagne & non-alcholic beverages (Excludes service of cocktails)
Refridgerated van, keeping all of your beverages chilled
Vintage Caravan Bar: Peony, our vintage star, equipped to serve your guests.
Professional Service: RSA qualified staff members to manage the bar throughout your event.
BYO Drinks Service: Includes pick-up and delivery of your chosen beverages from our preferred supplier, allowing you to select your favorite drinks without the added cost of alcohol markups.
Comprehensive Glassware and Accessories: All necessary glassware for champagne, wine, and cocktails, ice, drink garnishes, and a 7L cold water station.
Styling and Props: Two timber saw horse trestle tables, a large 'CHEERS' neon sign, and three bar stools enhance the aesthetic of your setup.
Flexible Photography Options: Full use of Peony for all your event photography, inviting guests to capture memorable photos inside and outside the caravan.
Customizable Staff Appearance: Choose the attire for our staff to align with the theme of your event, from casual to formal.
Complimentary Setup and Pack-Up: We handle all the logistics, so there are no extra charges for setup or cleanup.
